Every homeowner who contacts Afghanistanblessed Plumbing should get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to complain and what follows. It is a general template, not legal advice.
You can write to us about:
Plumbers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the plumber directly and keep a written record.
Still, we want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest. A provider who repeatedly falls short of our expectations may be removed from the network. Note that Afghanistanblessed Plumbing cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or decide anything on a provider's behalf.

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We will then look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with our findings and any steps we are taking.
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about plumbing work itself, a state or local plumbing licensing board may be able to help.
